Introducing “Sellexa”

Inside Real Estate is proud to announce the upcoming release of “Sellexa” and we’re looking for a few beta testers to help us iron out the kinks.

Sellexa is a seller lead generation tool that uses a combination of the following to get you more Listings.

  • An Amazon Alexa Skill App
  • Uber Drivers
  • Carrier Pigeons

And of course our Kunversion+ & kvCORE Platforms.

Here’s How Sellexa Works:

Once you’ve chosen your target zipcodes, the Amazon Alexa Skill app starts listening to people’s conversations for keywords like:

  • “Moving”
  • “house worth”
  • “sell house”
  • “new job”
  • “Divorce Lawyer”
  • “Do we know any real estate agents”

Anytime one of these Keywords is heard, the following actions take place…

Sellexa says something like: ” Sounds like you’re looking to sell your house, let me connect you with a listing agent.”

Sellexa then calls your kvCORE/K+ Smart Number and when you pick up you’re instantly connected so you can start talking to the homeowner.

You can even record common listing conversation phrases into Sellexa’s “bot” feature, so the homeowner will think they’re having the conversation with you, even if you’re busy with another client, or fishing or something.

You’ll get a push notification about every new Sellexa lead, and all conversations are recorded and transcribed to text and added as notes in your kvCORE or K+ system.

As you (or the sellexa bot) are having your conversation with the homeowner, an Uber driver is dispatched to install a for sale sign. (You might think that homeowners will find this step to be a bit presumptuous, but in early testing most seem to be appreciating the initiative.)

While the uber driver is installing the sign, a carrier pigeon drops a full CMA and Listing Paperwork off to the property.

We were going to use the uber drivers for this part too, but it turned out the Pigeons were WAY smarter when it came to analyzing comps and creating CMAs.

For an additional fee, the uber driver will even take pictures of the house and pick up and deliver the signed listing paperwork. You don’t even have to go to the property!

The whole process is designed to leverage modern tech to help you procure and close as many listings as possible, with as little work possible!
